App for Psychologists and Therapists

Psychia is a daily AI tool, built on Solution-Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, that you can recommend to your clients as a complement to your work together. Built in collaboration with psychologists and psychotherapists.

What Psychia is?

What Psychia is?

Psychia is a mobile app for talking through emotions, using questions and techniques based on Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). It doesn't diagnose and it doesn't provide therapy – it's a daily tool for building the habit of caring for one's mental wellbeing, which clients can use between sessions with you.

The model was developed in consultation with psychologists and psychotherapists from the start, and every conversation is handled to a high security standard – bank-level encryption, OWASP compliance, and adherence to EU regulations.

How Psychia can
support your work?

How Psychia can support your work?

In practice, it's a small habit that fits around the work you're already doing together, not a separate track of its own.

A daily space for reflection between sessions – clients can name what they're feeling before you discuss it together at the next session.

Building a daily self-care habit – short emotional check-ins whenever the client needs them.

A place for clients to sort through their thoughts before your next session

How Psychia can support your work?

Every safeguard here keeps Psychia in a supporting role, next to the work you're already doing.

Doesn't diagnose and doesn't provide therapy – the app communicates this directly to users.

Recognizes crisis signals and has clear protocols for handling them.

The app clearly communicates its role as a complement to a specialist's work, not a substitute for it.

Have questions? We've got you covered.

We've gathered answers to the questions we hear most often from people who want to give it a try but still have some doubts.

Does Psychia replace working with a psychologist or psychotherapist?

No. Psychia doesn't diagnose and doesn't provide therapy. It's a complementary tool clients can use day to day, between sessions with you.

Can I recommend Psychia to my clients?

Yes. Clients download and use the app on their own, with no registration through your practice and no involvement from the specialist in that process.

Does Psychia offer solutions for practices and clinics?

We're currently working on this individually with interested specialists. Reach out through the form above.

What does it cost to recommend Psychia to my clients?

We understand your concerns — this kind of narrative appears in popular culture, games, comics, and TV series. Unfortunately, we also sometimes hear about cases where someone followed ChatGPT's advice and did something harmful or irreversible. However, if you're not using AI on your own, but instead choosing solutions developed, verified, and tested by specialists in the field — even trained by real psychologists, as is the case with us — the AI consultant will support you, not harm you.
