What is the Psychia app?
Psychia is a daily AI companion for emotional support – a space to check in with yourself whenever you need it.
The AI consultant helps you understand what you're feeling, notice your own strengths, and turn a stuck moment into one concrete next step. It's not a diagnosis and it's not therapy – just support that's there for you, right here and now.
Do I need a specific problem or a diagnosis to start a conversation?
No. Sometimes a single sentence is enough to feel a little lighter. Our AI consultant is inspired by SFT and ACT approaches, offering you a space to express yourself and find meaning even in what might seem trivial.
Are my profile information and conversations secure?
Your conversations with the AI consultant are private and accessible only to you. The system has no way to share content further or reach out to anyone. Psychia was designed in accordance with the security standards applicable throughout the European Union.
Encrypted data
All information is stored in a secure AWS database and encrypted with the AES-256 algorithm — the same standard used by banks.
Account protection
Passwords are never stored in plain text — the system converts them into special fingerprints (hash functions with a salt), making them impossible to recover or compare using simple hacking methods.
Application security
Our application meets OWASP requirements, providing protection against attacks such as SQL injection, CSRF, and clickjacking.
Can the consultant harm me?
We understand your concerns – this kind of narrative appears in popular culture, games, comics, and TV series. Unfortunately, we also sometimes hear about cases where someone followed a popular AI chatbot's advice and did something harmful or irreversible. However, if you're not using AI on your own, but instead choosing solutions developed, verified, and tested by specialists in the field – even trained by real psychologists, as is the case with us – the AI consultant will support you, not harm you.
